Restorative Practices
Restorative practices see conflict as an opportunity for growth. Restorative means keeping everyone’s dignity intact.

Jubilee aims to be a RESTORATIVE PRACTICES community. Restorative practices see conflict
as an opportunity for growth. Restorative means keeping everyone’s dignity intact. We do decision making by
consensus – navigating conflict in a way that brings people together rather than apart. But even that can leave hurt feelings and we seek to restore broken relationships through restorative practices. We also use restorative practices to get through tough topics BEFORE we seek consensus using Restorative Circles that bring everyones views onto the table without correction or recrimination.
